Joseph DiPietro sent someone right over when I realized my central AC was not working. I did have to buy a new motor but they installed it the very next day. I was very happy with their service. There was even a follow-up phone call from Joseph asking how everything was. I thought that was very professional.

The guys were professional, performed all of the work agreed upon, cleaned up everything, explained all of the features of the furnace, thermostat, their operation and any maintenance if any at all. We cannot believe how small the new furnace is and can not wait to turn it on this winter. Needless to say we are very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and have recommended DiPietro Heating and Cooling to several of our friends and co workers. I can not tell you how pleased I am with the work that was done today. The men who installed the system were all extremely professional and very pleasant. They work straight through from 7:30 until 5:30 to make sure that we were up and running before the left, then they left the house cleaner than they found it. Thank you again.
